Intense Oud (Wholesale) is committed to providing premium fragrance products, and we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of wholesale transactions and health regulations, opened or tested fragrance bottles cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our wholesale support team via email or through your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund or credit to your wholesale account within 7-10 business days.
